*By booking with Alpha Camps through this website, you confirm an agreement with Alpha Camps and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions.

Flights, insurance, and airport transfers NOT included. ALL other transport during the retreat is included.

Payment structure: Once you pay the deposit, your spot is saved. We’ll get in touch to sort out the rest of the payment. You must pay the full amount by August 15th, or you won’t be able to come.

Deposit & Refund Policy. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel more than 1 month before the retreat, you'll get back everything except the deposit. If you cancel less than 1 month before the retreat, you won't get any money back.

Medical Conditions & Special Requirements: Inform us of any medical, mental, or physical conditions, including pregnancy, disabilities, or medications that may affect your ability to travel or participate in the retreat. You may notify our coaches before or upon arrival for appropriate guidance.

*ALPHACAMPS is only for people 18 or older.
